Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy. Your satisfaction is of critical importance for us. Upon receipt of your package, please check and make sure all items are delivered as order in good condition. Besides, we encourage you to test all products to see if each item works perfectly. If there are damaged items, incorrect items or defective items, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

For Missing / Incorrect / Faulty Items

For missing and wrong products, we will be sure to ship out replacements as soon as possible. If you received damaged goods, please advise us within 24 hours of delivery of your order. Full proof documentations are required, like pictures, videos or invoices, for return and replacing authority by our distribution warehouse. We are responsible for shipping. For defective items that have been used for some time (usually over 30 days), they will comply with our warranty policy.

Exchanging Items

In case you ordered the wrong item or selected a wrong led color, please advise us within 24 hours of delivery. We are willing to exchange items. The exchange policy apply only if the value of items you returned exactly matches the value of the items you want to exchange for. Please return the items as per our customer service’ instructions. You are responsible for return shipping. Goods can’t be exchanged for cash refund.

Cancellations

We appreciate your kind understanding. If you don’t want the order you have received, please kindly contact us for approval whether they can be returned or not. Once approved, the order will be asked to be returned in original packing and condition. A 15%-20% restocking fee may apply to orders containing quantities of 50 or more pieces, orders valued more than $500 USD, orders with missing materials or merchandise not in original packaging and condition. Customers pay for return shipping and other fees, e.g. fulfillment fee, payment fee, taxes, etc. Please order a small quantity of samples for testing before you place a large quantity order.

Refund

We issue a full or partial refund as soon as the cancellation is approved. We have a 30 day refund for returned items based on agreements with customers.
Customers pay for return shipping, the original shipping we sent items and correlative charges that can't be reversed.
